Superior Turf Direct warrants that the Material will be free from manufacturing defects and will not suffer ultraviolet (UV) degradation of the fiber or excessive fading beyond normal, expected color change, under normal use and recommended maintenance, for the warranty period described in Section 3.

• ★Manufacturing defects in the Material.
• ★Ultraviolet (UV) degradation of the fiber.
• ★Excessive fading beyond normal, expected color change.

Coverage runs 16 years from the date of delivery and is made up of two consecutive parts: an 8-year factory warranty followed by an 8-year Superior residual warranty. The residual warranty becomes effective on the first day of the ninth year and is prorated against the Material value.

• ★Years 1–8 — factory warranty: 100% of the Material value.
• ★Years 9–11 — Superior residual: 100% of the remaining Material value.
• ★Years 12–14 — Superior residual: 50% of the remaining Material value.
• ★Years 15–16 — Superior residual: 25% of the remaining Material value.

All values are expressed as a percentage of the Material value. Freight, accessories, infill, labor, removal, disposal, and reinstallation are excluded from the calculation.

Coverage applies only where all of the following are true:

• ★The Material was purchased directly from Superior Turf Direct and paid in full.
• ★The Material was registered within 30 days of delivery.
• ★The Material was used within the application it was sold for. Landscape products used in sports, athletic, playground-fall-height, or putting-surface applications are outside this warranty. Products sold as sports turf are warranted for sports and athletic surface use; products sold as putting surface are warranted for that use.
• ★The Material was installed in accordance with generally accepted trade practice for synthetic turf, over a properly prepared and drained base.
• ★The Material has been maintained per the recommended maintenance procedure.
• ★The Material has not been repaired, altered, relocated, or reinstalled without written authorization from Superior Turf Direct.
• ★The claim is submitted during the warranty period and while the Registered Owner still owns the property.

This warranty does not cover:

• ★Installation workmanship — seams, base prep, drainage, fastening, wrinkling. That is the installing contractor's responsibility.
• ★Damage from sunlight reflected or concentrated by low-E glass, mirrors, or polished metal.
• ★Slight variation in thatch texture or dye lot color, and normal color change over the life of the turf.
• ★Heat damage from grills, fire pits, fireworks, cigarettes, or hot ash.
• ★Chemicals, solvents, herbicides, pool chemicals, oil, or fuel.
• ★Impact attenuation and system performance. No GMax, HIC, or fall-height rating is supplied with the Material. This warranty does not cover the performance of the installed system, including base, shock pad, infill, or compliance with any impact-attenuation standard.
• ★Vehicles, heavy static loads, sharp objects, or cleats on products not specified for that use.
• ★Animal damage beyond normal use; pet odor and staining are not material defects.
• ★Accidents, abuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, or other acts of God.
• ★Unauthorized repair or alteration of the material or subsurface.
• ★Failure to maintain per the recommended procedure.
• ★Seconds, remnants, closeouts, and material sold as-is.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Superior Turf Direct will, at its sole option, repair the affected area, or supply replacement material of the same or a comparable product, in an amount equal to the applicable percentage of the Material value for the year in which the claim is confirmed.

Replacement material may differ slightly in color or texture from the original due to dye lot and production variation. Superior Turf Direct's obligation is limited to supplying material. Labor, removal, disposal, freight beyond the original delivery terms, infill, accessories, and reinstallation are not covered.

Submit a claim in writing to warranty@superiorturfdirect.com or by phone at (619) 717-1342. Include the Registered Owner name, delivery date, order or invoice number, product name, and photographs of the affected area, plus a description of the condition and when it appeared.

• ★Superior Turf Direct will acknowledge the claim within 3 business days.
• ★An inspection, if required, will be arranged within 30 days of acknowledgement.
• ★Access to the site must be provided for inspection; refusal to allow inspection voids the claim.
• ★Do not remove or replace the affected Material before inspection is complete.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Material and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event is Superior Turf Direct liable for incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, labor, removal, disposal, reinstallation, landscaping, or property damage. Total liability under this warranty will never exceed the applicable percentage of the Material value.

Superior Turf Direct sells material only. Superior Turf Direct does not perform, arrange, subcontract, or supervise installation, and this warranty covers the Material only — not workmanship. Installation is warranted, if at all, by the installing contractor. Nothing in this document creates a contractor relationship, a joint venture, or any responsibility for site conditions, base preparation, drainage, or the finished installation.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this warranty will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, and each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class proceeding.

If any provision of this warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
