Key Limitations
- Professional installation is required for coverage.
- No coverage for installation damage or improper base preparation.
- Exclusions apply for exposure to extreme heat over 90°F.
- Reflected-light melting from windows, metal, or stucco is not covered.
- Normal wear and matting are excluded.
- Dye-lot and stitch-line variation is not considered a defect.
- Shipping damage must be noted on the BOL and claimed against the carrier.
Arizona installations carry a 3-year warranty term due to extreme heat.
How to File a Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the manufacturer.
Inspect the product before installing it. Installing or altering the product waives any claim that an inspection would have caught.
