Every roll is covered by a prorated manufacturer warranty of 15 years on every turf line, against material defects that cause premature wear. Superior Turf Direct handles your registration and claims.
Warranty coverage details
WHAT'S COVERED
- Material defects that cause premature wear under ordinary use.
- Turf that substantially changes, other than through ordinary wear.
- Pile height loss of 50% or more within the warranty term.
The remedy is replacement material for the affected area, prorated by year. Labor, removal, disposal and reinstallation are paid by the purchaser.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Installation workmanship, and any installation not done by a professional installer. Seams, base prep, drainage and fastening are the installing contractor's responsibility.
- Heat damage from sunlight reflected off energy efficient windows, glass doors, vinyl fences or mirrors.
Why reflected sunlight isn't covered
Energy efficient window glass and other reflective surfaces can concentrate sunlight to temperatures above the melting point of any synthetic fiber. No manufacturer warrants against it. Screens, awnings, shades or window film solve it. If you are specifying a project with a large south or west facing glass elevation, talk to your rep before you order.
- Normal wear and tear, including matted blades, and slight color changes.
- Visible lines from yarn color variation or tufting stitch rows.
- Chemicals, solvents and improper cleaning.
- Accidents, abuse, neglect, vandalism and acts of God, such as earthquakes, floods and hurricanes.
- Failure to properly maintain, protect or repair the turf.
- Damage from improper underlay or base, pile crushing, machinery or equipment.
- Installations over unsupported or unsuitable surfaces: uneven ground, rooftops, wood decks, dirt, concrete, asphalt or pavers.
- Shipping damage. Note it on the delivery receipt and claim it with the carrier.
- Labor, removal, disposal, freight and reinstallation costs.

HOW PRORATION WORKS
Coverage runs from the date your material ships and steps down by year. Residential and commercial installations follow separate schedules. Every turf line carries a 15 year term, which sets where coverage ends.

Rolled turf is backed by Festival Turf's limited warranty. The certificate below is the manufacturer's document. File claims with us and we handle them with the manufacturer.

Superior Turf Direct sells material only. We don't perform, arrange, subcontract, or supervise installation, and this warranty covers the material only — not workmanship. Installation is warranted, if at all, by your installing contractor.
Installers listed are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of Superior Turf Direct. We do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee their work, and a listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Licensing requirements differ by state. Verify a contractor's license, insurance, and references with the licensing board in the state where the work will be performed before hiring anyone. Any agreement you make with a listed contractor is between you and that contractor, and Superior is not a party to it. Read the full directory notice
FULL WARRANTY TERMS

This limited warranty is the manufacturer's warranty on the synthetic turf material ("the Material") sold by Superior Turf Direct. It is extended to the original purchaser of the Material and to the Registered Owner of the property where the Material is installed. Superior Turf Direct administers registration and claims on the manufacturer's behalf.
Register the Material with Superior Turf Direct within 30 days of delivery so the claim history is tied to the installation address. The warranty may not be transferred or assigned without the manufacturer's prior written consent. Any transfer or assignment made without that consent is void.
