The terms that apply to samples your rep sends: who qualifies, the limits we may apply, why appearance varies between production runs, and how a sample shipment is handled.
1. Who samples are for #
Samples are provided free to qualified trade customers for product evaluation. We may limit quantity, decline a request, or require business verification.
2. What a sample shows #
Samples are cut from production stock and show representative appearance only; color, texture, and thatch will vary between production runs and dye lots, and a sample is not a warranty of the appearance of delivered material.
3. Keeping your samples #
Samples remain yours; no return is required. Samples are not for resale. We may decline repeat requests that appear to be for purposes other than evaluating a purchase.
4. How we handle your request #
Sample requests are subject to our Privacy Policy and are routed to a sales representative who may contact you. Privacy Policy
