The Superior Turf Direct name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Superior Turf Direct. Site design, layout, product descriptions, specification presentations, comparison tools, and photographic and rendered images are protected by copyright.

Product names covered by this notice, as currently published in our catalog: Prince 80, Crown Putt, Queen 90, Imperial 100, Elite Pet 80, Regent 100, Superior Natural 80, Princess 115, Champion Sport, Majestic 110.

2. What you may do #

Trade customers may:

• View and print pages for internal business use.
• Download and share spec sheets with their own customers in unmodified form, with all identifying marks intact.
• Use product names accurately to identify products they purchased from us.

3. What you may not do #

You may not:

• Remove or alter any mark or notice.
• Modify a spec sheet.
• Use our images or content in your own marketing without written permission.
• Represent yourself as an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of Superior without a written agreement.
• Use our marks in a domain name, social handle, business name, or paid search advertisement.
• Scrape or systematically copy our catalog, specifications, or images.

Authorized dealers and partners may use our marks solely as permitted by their written agreement, and that permission ends when the agreement ends.

4. Third-party rights #

Certification marks referenced on this site belong to their respective certifying organizations. Reference to a mark indicates testing of the manufacturer's products by that organization and does not imply endorsement of Superior Turf Direct.

5. Copyright complaints (DMCA) #

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
