Specifications are nominal manufacturing values supplied by the manufacturer and are subject to production tolerance. Photographs and samples show representative appearance; color, texture, and thatch will vary between production runs and dye lots. See our Disclaimer.

Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly of unauthorized use. You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content; reverse engineer or interfere with the site; introduce malicious code; misrepresent your identity or business; use the site to compete with us, including collecting product or specification data to build a competing catalog; or access non-public areas.

We link to third-party sites, including the contractor directory. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Contractors listed in the Turf Installation Network are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers, we do not supervise their work, and we are not responsible for it.

8. Sales representatives #

Our sales representatives are independent contractors. They are authorized to present products and take orders subject to Superior's written acceptance. They are not authorized to modify these Terms, the Terms of Sale, or any warranty, or to make representations about product performance beyond our published materials. Any such statement does not bind Superior.

9. Feedback #

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties #

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 14, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. General #

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms plus any document they incorporate are the entire agreement about the website. You may not assign; we may. We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date; material changes will be noticed on the site.
