Returns and Cancellations

These terms apply to turf, infill and supplies bought from Superior Turf Direct. They follow the manufacturer's return policy.

1. Cut rolls and special orders

   No refunds, returns or cancellations on cut rolls or special-order products, including accessories.

2. Full rolls

   Clean, unaltered and uninstalled full rolls may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

3. Restocking fee

   A 35% restocking fee applies to every returned product. Delivery and return freight are not refunded.

4. Inspect before you cut or install

   Check material on delivery for defects, style and color before it is cut, altered or installed. Material that is installed or altered without that inspection is not eligible for warranty or replacement.

5. After 30 days

   No refunds or returns on any product more than 30 days after purchase.

6. Will-call orders

   Orders held for pickup must be collected within 7 days of the order. Storage fees may apply after that.

7. Starting a return

   Call or email your rep with the invoice number. Returns are accepted only with written authorization.
