How to submit a privacy request, how we verify you, how authorized agents work, and how long we take to respond.
1. We do not sell or share your information #
Superior Turf Direct does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. That is true for California residents, Nevada residents, and everyone else. This page exists so that you have a working channel to reach us anyway.
2. Submit a request #
Use the form below, email privacy@superiorturfdirect.com, or call (619) 717-1342. This email address is also our designated request address under Nevada Revised Statutes section 603A.345.
3. How we verify you #
We match the information you provide against our records. For a business account we may confirm your authority to act for the business. We do not require you to create an account. If we cannot verify you, we will tell you why.
5. Timing #
Requests under this page: within 45 days. Nevada verified requests not to sell: within 60 days, extendable once by 30 days with notice to you.
6. Global Privacy Control #
We honor the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out request where applicable.
