K9 70 has a permeable backing. Installed drainage performance is determined by the base and sub-base designed and built by others, and no drainage rate is published for this product. Odor management in a pet area is a function of base drainage, infill selection, and cleaning practice. Superior Turf Direct supplies turf materials only and makes no odor-reduction claim for this or any product.
